Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Boston Pallets (boston-pallets.com) is a referral service. We match businesses in Boston and Greater Boston that want to buy, sell, recycle, repair or move used pallets with partner suppliers in our network. We don't sell pallets or provide pallet services ourselves; partner suppliers prepare quotes and do the work.

2. Information the Quote Form Collects

When you send a quote request, we collect what you enter in the form:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• ZIP or postal code
• Pallet grade, service type and quantity
• Any message you include

We don't ask for payment details, and the site has no user accounts.

3. How Your Request Is Used and Shared

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which we use to receive and route quote requests, and is shared with partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. Partner suppliers handle your information under their own privacy practices.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Analytics and Cookies

This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.

5. Retention

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to route them to partner suppliers, follow up on them and keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.

6. Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law.

7. Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

9. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the quote form or email [email protected].
