Who will supply my pallets?
Boston Pallets is a referral service. Your request goes to partner suppliers in our network that serve the Boston area, and the supplier that follows up provides the pallets or service.
What types of pallets can I request?
Wooden pallets in common sizes (48×40, 48×48, 42×42) in three grades: Grade A (premium), Grade B (standard) and Grade C (economy). Heat-treated pallets for export can also be requested. Include other sizes in your request.
How quickly will I hear back?
A partner supplier follows up after you send the form. Timing for delivery or pickup depends on the supplier, so share any deadline in your request.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums are set by each partner supplier. Tell us the quantity you need and the supplier will tell you what it can do.
Can I sell my used pallets?
Yes. Describe your pallets in the form, including quantity, condition and size, and a partner supplier that buys used pallets can follow up with an offer.
What areas do you cover?
We take requests from Boston and Greater Boston. Availability depends on partner suppliers.

Services
Can pallets be repaired?
Many pallets with a few broken boards or a single damaged stringer or block can be repaired. Describe the damage in your request and the partner supplier can quote repair or replacement.
How does recycling pickup work?
Request a pickup with an approximate count and condition. The partner supplier collects the pallets and sorts them for reuse, repair or recycling.
Can I set up regular deliveries or pickups?
Yes. Mention recurring needs in your request and the partner supplier can discuss a schedule.
Quality and Standards
What do the grades mean?
Grade A: Like-new condition, no repairs, minimal wear, suited to export and premium applications.
Grade B: Good structural integrity, minor cosmetic wear, light repairs acceptable.
Grade C: Visible wear and repairs, still functional, economy option for one-way shipping.
Grading varies between suppliers, so confirm condition with the supplier that quotes you.
Are heat-treated pallets available?
Heat-treated pallets can be requested. ISPM 15 heat treatment heats the wood core to at least 56 °C for 30 minutes, and treated pallets carry the IPPC mark. Ask the supplier to confirm marking for export shipments.
