General Questions
What types of pallets do you offer?
We offer wooden pallets in all standard sizes (48×40, 48×48, 42×42) and custom sizes. Pallets are available in three grades: Grade A (premium), Grade B (standard), and Grade C (economy). We also offer heat-treated pallets for export and specialized pallets for specific industries.
How quickly can you deliver?
We offer same-day delivery throughout Boston for orders placed before noon (subject to availability). Next-day delivery is available for most locations in the greater Massachusetts area. For scheduled or bulk deliveries, we work with your timeline to ensure pallets arrive when you need them.
What's your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order requirement! Whether you need a single pallet or a full truckload, we're here to help. However, orders over 50 pallets receive volume pricing, and free delivery is available on orders over $500 within Boston.
Do you buy used pallets?
Yes! We buy used pallets in all conditions and quantities. We evaluate your pallets and provide competitive pricing based on grade, condition, and quantity. We offer free pickup and immediate payment. Even damaged pallets have value for recycling purposes.
What areas do you service?
We primarily serve Boston and the Greater Boston area with same-day delivery. Our regional service extends throughout Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. We can often arrange deliveries beyond our standard service area - just ask!
Pricing & Payments
How much do pallets cost?
Pallet pricing varies based on grade, quantity, size, and delivery requirements. Grade A pallets are our premium option, Grade B offers the best value, and Grade C is our economy choice. Volume discounts are available for larger orders. Contact us for specific pricing tailored to your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. For established customers, we offer net-30 payment terms. Corporate accounts can be set up with approved credit applications.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! Orders of 100+ pallets receive 5-10% discount, and orders of 500+ receive 10-20% discount. We also offer special pricing for regular customers with scheduled deliveries or annual contracts. Contact us to discuss volume pricing options.
Services
Do you repair pallets?
Yes! Our expert repair services can extend pallet lifespan at 40-60% less cost than buying new. We repair deck boards, stringers, blocks, and hardware. Repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure they're cost-effective. Most repairs are completed within 3-5 business days.
What is your recycling program?
Our comprehensive recycling program keeps pallets out of landfills. We pick up unwanted pallets, sort them for repair or recycling, and process materials responsibly. You receive documentation for your sustainability reporting, and we may even pay you for recyclable pallets. It's good for the environment and good for your bottom line.
Do you offer pallet exchange programs?
Yes! Drop off your damaged pallets and pick up repaired or new ones. Exchange programs are perfect for maintaining your pallet inventory with minimal downtime. We also offer credit programs where you trade damaged pallets for credit toward purchases or repairs.
Quality & Standards
How do you grade pallets?
We use a comprehensive grading system:
Grade A: Like-new condition, no repairs, minimal wear, perfect for export and premium applications.
Grade B: Good structural integrity, minor cosmetic wear, light repairs acceptable, best value for most uses.
Grade C: Visible wear and repairs, still functional and safe, economy option for one-way shipping.
Are your pallets heat-treated?
Heat-treated pallets are available upon request. All export pallets can be heat-treated to ISPM-15 international standards with proper documentation. Let us know if you need heat treatment when placing your order.
Do you offer food-safe pallets?
Yes! We provide clean, food-safe pallets for the food and beverage industry. These pallets meet FDA and USDA requirements and are free from chemical contamination. We provide all necessary compliance documentation.
